Walk in ready.

The question bank that treats you like a professional: exam-real formats, rationales that name the exact error inside every wrong answer, and a readiness score that refuses to flatter you.

  • 41 Six-step NGN case studies

The thesis

“Do not resuscitate” is never “do not treat.”

One line from one rationale. There are a thousand of these — each written to survive the exam room, not just the study session. Answer the specimen beside this and the full rationale opens underneath, exactly as it does in the app.

— Rationale, item NCLEX-B001-005
Specimen — Management of Care the real player
Multiple choice Advance directives & DNR scope

A client with end-stage heart failure has a signed do-not-resuscitate (DNR) order. The charge nurse overhears a newly hired nurse tell the family, “Because of the DNR we will be stopping the intravenous diuretic and the oxygen.” Which response by the charge nurse is best?

Choose the one best response.

What you get

Four things, all of them boring to promise and hard to build.

Every NGN format

MCQ, Select-All, bowtie, matrix, ordered response, highlight, and full six-step case studies — the formats the current test plan actually uses.

Rationales that teach

Why the right answer is right, and the specific error hiding inside every wrong one. Read only the rationales for a month and you will improve.

An honest Readiness Ring

One score, 0–100, weighted by domain, difficulty and how recently you answered. It will not flatter you into walking in unprepared.

Works in the basement

Install it once and the whole bank is on your device. Break-room, subway, night shift — no signal required.

Seven ways the exam asks

Each tile is the shape of the interaction, not a stock icon. Next-generation formats are 44% of this edition. If you have only ever practised on four-option multiple choice, this is the gap.

How this differs

Measured against typical subscription question banks. We are not naming anyone, and we are not claiming to beat them on everything — a large bank with a long track record is a real advantage we do not have yet.

Reviews will live here

This edition is new, so there is nothing honest to put in this space yet. When students have actually sat the exam with Prepora, their words go here — unedited, with the unflattering ones left in.

We will not be writing them ourselves, and we will not be buying them.

Questions people actually ask

Short answers — and where the answer is “not yet”, it says so.

Is this aligned with the current test plan?

Yes. The bank is built to the NCSBN Next Generation test plan in force since April 2026 — the same eight Client Needs categories, the same published percentage ranges, and all seven question formats. Every domain in the bank sits inside its official range.

Where do the questions come from?

They are written from scratch against the public test plan and standard nursing reference knowledge. No item is copied, adapted or reworded from another question bank, and none reproduces real exam content — that material is confidential, and no legitimate provider has it.

How long do I keep access?

Permanently. One payment, no renewal, no expiry date. Every question added to this edition arrives free, and the whole bank sits on your device rather than behind a login.

Does it really work offline?

Completely. Install it once and the questions, rationales and study tools are on the device. Break rooms, basements, planes and night shifts all work the same. Your answer history never leaves the device either.

Can I move it to a new phone or laptop?

Yes, whenever you like. Your licence lives on one device at a time: open Settings on the old device, tap Transfer licence, then enter your key on the new one. Two taps, no support ticket. Lost the old device? Email us and we will release it for you.

What does “Early Access” actually mean?

The bank is complete enough to study from — 2,050 items, every format, every domain in range — and it is still growing toward 3,000 in this edition. The price reflects that you are joining while it grows: not a countdown, not a fake discount. A licensed RN review of the clinical content is scheduled and not finished yet, which is why we say so here rather than claim a pass rate we have not earned.

Is there a refund?

Thirty days, no questions asked. We would rather you answered the seventy-five free questions before spending anything — they are the same items, in the same player, with the same rationales.

Do you guarantee I will pass?

No — and be careful with anyone who does. What we promise is that the readiness score tells you the truth about where you stand, including when the truth is that you are not ready yet.

Pricing

Two tiers. No third tier that exists only to make the second look reasonable.
